2. Contact form

When you fill in our form, we process your TikTok username and the optional details phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country and message, as well as the language of the page. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you.

The data is stored in our database with the provider Supabase, server location Frankfurt am Main, Germany (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR). Supabase is based outside the EU. Where data is transferred to the USA or Singapore in the process, this is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with or until you withdraw your consent; the data is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

Emails to es@emu-live-agentur.at are stored by our email provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR).

We handle messages to our WhatsApp support with the customer communication software Superchat by SuperX GmbH, Prenzlauer Allee 242–247, 10405 Berlin, Germany (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR). When you use WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also applies.

4. Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted by Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR). Lovable delivers the website via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Lovable and Cloudflare also process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies & local storage

This website does not use statistics, marketing or advertising cookies. The following technically necessary cookies are set:

“__cf_bm” (Cloudflare): protection against automated access by bots. Technically necessary, stored for 30 minutes.
“__dpl” (Lovable): ensures that you receive the same version of the website throughout your visit. Technically necessary, stored for up to 7 days.

If you choose a language with the language switcher, this choice is saved in your browser's local storage. In addition, the page remembers your scroll position during your visit in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. These entries stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

You can delete or block cookies and stored entries in your browser at any time.

6. External links (TikTok, WhatsApp)

Our website contains links to TikTok (invitations to join) and WhatsApp. When you click, you are taken to that provider; from then on, its privacy policy applies.

7. Sharing of data

Your data is not passed on to third parties, except to the processors named above (Lovable including Cloudflare, Supabase, Superchat, IONOS) and where this is necessary to perform a contract (e.g. linking with TikTok as an agency partner).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact es@emu-live-agentur.at.
